Help Improve Health Guideline Communication

Other

About the Opportunity

Researchers at McMaster University are conducting a study to better understand how people interpret the strength of recommendations in health guidelines.

Health recommendations often fall along a scale, where some recommendations are considered “stronger” than others. The research team wants to make sure the wording used to describe this strength is clear and easy to understand for everyone.

Participation involves reading a health recommendation and answering multiple-choice questions in a short online survey. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Who can participate?

You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • are 16 years of age or older;
  • live anywhere in the world;
  • have internet access; and
  • can understand written English well.
