Lung Sask partners with The Commns for Pilates Class
On August 30, Lung Saskatchewan and The Commns came together for Breathe & Move, a morning Pilates class with a focus on breath work in support of lung health.
The class was offered by donation, and together participants raised $445 in support of Lung Saskatchewan’s mission to improve lung health one breath at a time.
The event was made possible through a partnership with Karling and Kearcy Bradley at The Commns, who generously provided the studio space and led the class, along with Q’s Coffee, who joined us with coffee available for purchase, and Oakberry, who supplied coupons for participants. The collaboration also provided an opportunity to connect Lung Saskatchewan with a local wellness community and explore future opportunities to promote lung health together.
We look forward to continuing to build community partnerships that encourage people to breathe well, move well and learn more about their lung health.
