Master of Public Health Students Complete Practicums at Lung Saskatchewan
Lung Saskatchewan would like to thank Kanika and Prannav, Master of Public Health (MPH) students at the University of Saskatchewan, for completing their practicum placements with our team.
During their time with us, Kanika and Prannav contributed to meaningful lung health promotion work, exploring gaps in knowledge and programming related to smoking, vaping and radon testing in Saskatchewan. They also had the opportunity to develop resources and policies that support population health while gaining practical experience in health policy and legislation.
"Kanika and Prannav brought thoughtful perspectives, strong research skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute to everything they took on. Their work supported important areas of our mission and left a lasting impression on our team,” said Trent Litzenberger, Vice President, Mission Integration. "We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and expertise Kanika and Prannav shared with Lung Saskatchewan."
Thank you, Kanika and Prannav, for being part of the Lung Saskatchewan team. We wish you both the best in your future careers in public health!
