Hague Hockey Draft to support local charities

The town of Hague had the 2023 NHL playoffs with a playoff fantasy draft with nine teams made up of 2-6 people in April. The intended prize payouts were 1st place $800, 2nd place $400, and 3rd place $200.  However, two teams tied for first place and split the 1st and 2nd place prize money taking home $600 each. There was also a raffle, a 50/50 jackpot, and a silent auction at the event. The draft night raised $4,431 for local charities with Hague Spray Park, Teen Talk, and Lung Saskatchewan each receiving $1,477.
