Our Lung Helpline is a free, confidential lung information service, managed by Certified Respiratory Educators.  
Educators are available to answer your questions about breathing and lung diseases.

Jill Hubick graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s Second Degree Program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She also has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and received distinction for her double majors in Fitness and Lifestyle and Adapted Physical Activities from The University of Regina. Jill is proud to be a Registered Nurse and Certified Respiratory Educator with Lung Sask.  Jill manages Lung Sask’s Caring Breaths Financial Assistance Program, and is also part of the St. Mary’s Education and Wellness Centre’s clinician team conducting youth spirometry testing and providing asthma education. In her work, she provides patient support and education, and is an advocate for stronger provincial services and resources for patients with lung disease, striving to make patients’ journeys an easier one.  Jill is passionate about health, wellness and breathing!  



Jaimie Peters graduated from the Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan in 2002 followed by a Masters of Nursing degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. Jaimie is proud to be a Registered Nurse and Certified Respiratory Educator with Lung Sask. Jaimie manages the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living Home Oxygen Tester Training, tester support, and provides nocturnal oxygen testing to the rural parts of the province. Patient support and education are Jaimie’s passion. She implemented and manages Lung Sask's patient support groups and continues to answer Helpline calls about breathing concerns.
