Beyond the Prescription: Mucus-Obstructive Disease Airway Management
In recognition of Lung Month, join our featured expert Dr. Jeffrey Marciniuk as he explores the critical role of airway clearance and mucus management in patients living with mucus-obstructive respiratory diseases. While pharmacologic therapies remain a cornerstone of treatment, optimizing patient outcomes often requires a comprehensive approach. This session will examine the impact of mucus obstruction on respiratory health, review evidence-informed airway management strategies, and discuss practical approaches to integrating airway clearance into routine clinical care.
About Lung Month: Every November, Lung Month shines a spotlight on lung health and the millions of Canadians affected by respiratory disease. It is a time to raise awareness, promote prevention and education, and support initiatives that advance respiratory care and improve the lives of people living with lung disease. We appreciate your support in making every breath count.
