The Lung Association and the Regina Pats want to team up with you!

• Sell tickets to the January 29, 2016 Regina Pats game.*
• Partial proceeds raised will go to your team fundraiser.

Regina Pats vs Saskatoon Blades on Friday, January 29, 2016* 

Sell tickets to the game @ $15 per ticket:

$5 for your Team
$5 for The Lung Association
$5 for the Regina Pats

• A team liaison is required to coordinate ticket sales and collect payment. One cheque from your team needs to be made out to the Regina Pats for the total amount collected.
• All order forms and your team cheque must be returned to the Regina Pats office by January 8, 2016. Tickets will be delivered to your team between January 25-27.
• In February, your cheque will be mailed to you!

* Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.  We have 3,000 tickets to allocate towards the January 29, 2016 game otherwise another night will be allocated. 

Win a PRE-GAME EXPERIENCE!

The Regina & area classroom/team that sells the most tickets will win a pizza party and a pre-game experience package for up to 35 youth:

• Regina Pats autographed pucks
• The Lung Association hockey pucks
• The Lung Association water bottles
• High-fiving the players as they enter the ice
