FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I wear?

Anything goes but we suggest cocktail party type attire.  If you google cocktail party attire you might see everything from short to knee length dresses, fancy pantsuits, sharp jackets and dark jeans or a suit.  This is your night to enjoy so have some fun with what you wear!

What food will be available?

• We will have a number of food stations (as opposed to plated service) to enjoy with appetizer style fair.  There will be options for gluten free, vegan and dairy free options however please let us know if you require anything specific.

What time should I arrive?

• If you are attending the VIP reception, you should arrive for approximately 6 p.m.  The VIP reception runs until 6:45 p.m.
• Doors open for all attendees at 6:30 p.m. with the evening entertainment starting at 7 p.m.
• We have an excellent line up of entertainment and fun but will wrap up the evening by 9:45 p.m.

How do I bid on auction items?

• All bidding for the silent auction will be done via a secure mobile friendly application, which will be available soon. Even if you are not at the live event, you can still bid. All you need is a phone or computer and credit card.  Bidding will be open at 9 a.m. on March 31st and will close at 9 p.m. on the same day.
• Bidding for the live auction is done live and in person.  Lung staff will be available to process payment for you after you are the confirmed winner!

How can I, or encourage others to support Lung Saskatchewan further?

• Encourage friends, family and colleagues to purchase tickets and bid on auction items – even if they do not attend the event!
