November is Lung Month!
Thank you Hon. Paul Merriman, Minister of Health and the Government of Saskatchewan for proclaiming November as ‘Lung Month’!
Lung Saskatchewan has celebrated ‘lung month’ since 2014 and this was borne out of the need to highlight the importance of lung health.
Did you know 1 in 5 people in Canada are affected by lung diseases such as asthma, COVID-19, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer? Lung Saskatchewan is committed to improving respiratory health and quality of life through education, research, health promotion, and advocacy.
