Our Youth4Change groups and health partners are hosting an MLA Reception and an outdoor rally to call on the provincial government to protect Saskatchewan kids from commercial tobacco and vaping products. Please join us at the Saskatchewan Legislative building on Tuesday, May 16th at 11:30 AM for our outdoor rally to advocate for our youth. On World No Tobacco Day (Wednesday, May 31st), we're hosting a virtual question and answer panel discussion - Ask the Experts: Is it your time to quit smoking? Experts will share their knowledge and answer any questions people have about their quit journey. Dr. Harold Kim joins us to discuss allergies and asthma in the next webinar of the RESPTREC Webinar Series on Tuesday, June 20th. More information about this webinar and Dr. Kim can be found below. Through our Indigenous Care in Health Webinar Series, we continue to focus on increasing the overall awareness about the care of Indigenous peoples in relation to health, and lung health in Canada. We welcome Dr. Veronica McKinney, who will join us on Wednesday, June 28th for the the second webinar in this series, Perspectives in Indigenous Care in Health. We invite health care professionals to register for our virtual Inspired Breathing Conference (June 6-8)! This professional educational conference will provide a learning experience that is convenient, interactive, and evidence-based.
