Breathe Strong & Shine Fitness Fundraiser will be a fun-filled 30 minutes of cardio dance followed by 30 minutes of yoga. On-site we will have CTV’s Chantel Suanders emceeing, Amy Thorp Photography with a photo booth, and live drumming! This will be the last day of the festival and a great day to join in the fitness fun!

February 16th will be an exciting day across Saskatchewan as this is the launch day for Breathe Strong the 2018 Provincial Spring Raffle. Breathe Strong (previously known as Share The Air) will raise vital funds to provide patient practical support programs for the one in five Canadians left breathless by lung disease. Proceeds will support patient programs aimed at improving quality of life for those struggling to breathe and will include provision of information and educational resources, patient financial assistance programs, and disease specific support groups. You can purchase your raffle tickets starting February 16th online at raffle.sk.lung.ca. Be the change - save a life.

The Lung Association is pleased to provide a guide for people living with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). IPF is a long-term disease where the cause is unknown (idiopathic) and the lungs (pulmonary) become scarred (fibrosis). The guide provides information on what IPF is, how it is diagnosed and managed. It is also a practical tool for persons and their families to discuss coping strategies, lung transplantation and advanced care planning. This resource is available for free download.
