Dear {contact.first_name},
I am very pleased to be joining The Lung Association, Saskatchewan as the new Chief Executive Officer. My predecessor Dr. Brian Graham has dutifully served the people of Saskatchewan for more than 30 years and I am thrilled to follow in his footsteps and join this country wide movement to help everyone in Saskatchewan and all Canadians breathe well. The Lung Association is the leading organization in Canada working hard to promote lung health and prevent and manage lung disease. We do a lot of our work right here in Saskatchewan and fund vital research, advocating for improved treatment and help those living with lung disease. We have a history of saving lives from our early work in managing tuberculosis in our province and with your help, I hope we can continue to save lives for our future generations by creating a world where there are healthy lungs for everyone. |

I chose to become the healthiest person I could, I quit smoking, began exercising and eating healthier. Continue reading...

At the same time, it has allowed me to continue my work in lung health research. Continue reading...

100 Kids Who Care YXE (Saskatoon) is a giving circle with a vision to teach and inspire the next generation to give back to the community they live in. The kids meet up and vote to support a charity that was nominated by them. Each member donates $10 and the charity with the most votes by the kids in attendance receives 100% of these donations.
It was a close vote but The Lung Association was voted the charity of choice for that evening and raise $1540.00! Thank you for voting for and supporting! More pictures!
