The Face of Sleepiness

Researchers in Michigan have tested the theory that facial appearance improves when sleep apnea is treated.  They found that after CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) therapy people appear more alert, more youthful and more attractive.  Just one more reason to use your CPAP all night, every night.   Find out more about sleep apnea treatment.

Canadians Unaware of Lung Cancer Symtoms

Tree pollen season varies from year to year depending on the weather, but it can start long before you shed that winter coat.  The poplar, cottonwood and aspen pollen season starts from late March to the third week of April. Learn more about pollens.

A recent survey conducted by the Global Lung Cancer Coalition found that more than one in five people could not name any symptoms of lung cancer.  This is disturbing considering that lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in both women and men.  What are lung cancer symptoms?
