{contact.email_greeting},
As summer settles across Saskatchewan, many of us are looking forward to spending more time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and simply just enjoying the season. It’s also a good reminder of something we don’t always think about: how much our ability to breathe well shapes those everyday moments. Lung Saskatchewan continues working every day to help people breathe easier through education, advocacy, and research. Through our programs and resources, we provide trusted information and support to people across Saskatchewan. The commitment of our partners and supporters like you makes this important work possible. We're pleased to share our 2025 Annual Report, highlighting the impact we've made together over the past year. We invite you to explore the report and see how your support is making a difference for individuals, families, and communities across Saskatchewan. The SaskatcheWIN 50/50 is back for the summer! Beyond the growing jackpot and the excitement it brings, it plays an important role in the work we do. As part of our 115-year celebration, we've introduced a commemorative 1,115-ticket Anniversary Package. It's a special way to celebrate our history while helping shape the future of lung health in Saskatchewan. Do you know a student pursuing a career in lung health? Applications are now open for the Jim and Marjorie Burnett Bursary, helping support the next generation of healthcare professionals who will shape the future of lung health in Saskatchewan.
Save the date! We're excited to once again bring our community together for the 2026 Fall Impact Luncheon presented by Careica Health. This annual event celebrates the people, organizations, and partners advancing lung health across Saskatchewan. Nominations are open. Nominate a lung health champion in your community who deserve to be recognized. Thank you for your continued support. I hope you enjoy this edition of our newsletter, and that you have the opportunity to appreciate all that summer has to offer and the simple moments that remind us why lung health matters.
