Congratulations to Brian L. Graham, PhD of the University of Saskatchewan who was the recipient of the Dr. Robert Crapo Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award in Pulmonary Diagnostics for 2020, awarded by The American Thoracic Society.
This award honours the life achievements of Robert Crapo, M.D., an international leader in the study of pulmonary function diagnostics. Dr. Crapo’s seminal work focused on novel approaches to standardize pulmonary function testing that markedly advanced our understanding of the importance of these invaluable tests. The award recognizes a lifetime of achievement in the use of pulmonary function testing, diagnostics, standardization and application that has impacted diagnostic approaches and pulmonary function testing on a global scale. Dr. Graham is the fifth recipient of this award.
