A Fundraising Opportunity For Schools & Teams!
The Lung Association and the Regina Pats want to team up with you!
- Sell tickets to the January 29, 2016 Regina Pats game*.
- Partial proceeds raised will go to your school fundraiser.

Sell tickets to the game @ $15 per ticket:
$5 for your school
$5 for The Lung Association
$5 for the Regina Pats
- A school liaison is required to coordinate ticket sales and collect payment. One cheque from your school needs to be made out to the Regina Pats for the total amount collected.
- All order forms and your school cheque must be returned to the Regina Pats office by January 8, 2016. Tickets will be delivered to your school/team between January 25-27.
- In February, we will come to your school to present you with your cheque, and we may be joined by some players and a mascot, too!
- Tickets will be allocated on a first, first serve basis. We have 3,000 tickets to allocate towards the January 29, 2016 game otherwise another night will be allocated.
Win a PRE-GAME EXPERIENCE!
The Regina & area classroom/team that sells the most tickets will win a pizza party and a pre-game experience package for up to 35 youth:
- Regina Pats autographed pucks
- The Lung Association hockey pucks
- The Lung Association water bottles
- High-fiving the players as they enter the ice
Win a SCHOOL PRESENTATION!
The first 10 schools to register will receive a presentation in November by two Regina Pats players about lung health.
